Maturation in Whiskey (from 2022 event)
The goal of this class was to think more broadly about the factors that play a role in the maturation of whiskey. We talked about the role temperature and barrel play in the aging of American and Scotch whiskies, and when and why older might not always be better. Attendees left with a better appreciation for the complex factors that all work together to create the flavors that go into a bottle of whiskey.

Manhattan Class (from 2022 event)
This class was a full exploration into all things Manhattan. We went back to its beginnings as an old fashioned riff in 1884, talked about what makes a modern Manhattan, how different ingredients change the cocktail, and then finished with classic and modern riffs on the drink.
